Location: DAPPERS LANE ANGMERING
Incident: Fire - 2 large polytunnels 30mx20m of mixed usage including laundry and vehicle repair workshop well alight on arrival of F&RS - 3 cars in workshop destroyed by fire - most of laundry destroyed by fire - remainder of laundry damaged by heat and smoke - 5HRs, 8BA used by F&RS - 1 male taken to hospital by ambulance with smoke inhalation - area damped down and turned over - accidental

THURSDAY 22 SEPTEMBER - 2011

Time: 19:16-20:58
Location: WEST SUSSEX COUNTY TIMES BUILDING - MARKET SQUARE, HORSHAM
Incident: Fire - building of 2 and 4 floors used as offices and pub 40mx20m - the fire has been confirmed as starting in a electrical light fitting causing fire debris to fall to the floor and ignite a chair, the fire then spread to the computer on the desk next to it - approx 20% of building was damaged by fire and 50% damaged by smoke - 8BA, 3HRS and 2 PPV fans used by F&RS -2 persons in the building at the time of the fire self evacuated safely shutting the fire doors as they left the building - the fact that the fire doors had been closed prevented the fire from spreading further throughout the building causing much more damage - WrLx2 Horsham, WrL Billingshurst, WrLx2 Crawley, ICU Haywards Heath, ALP Worthing,

Incident: Fire - building of 3 floors 30mx15m used as shops, restaurant with flats above - fire in chinese restaurant and chimney - shop kitchen 100% damaged by fire - stock room 100% damaged by smoke and heat - flats evacuated - 6BA, 4HRS, ladder and thermal imaging camera used by F&RS - WrLx3 Crawley, WrL Horsham, CU Haywards Heath, WrL Horley
