The Graffham Rustics greeted with great sadness the news on Thursday July 17th, 2008, of the death at the age of 101 of their Founder and Life President, Mrs Edith [Eddye] Loring

Edith Katharine Loring
Edith Katharine [Eddye] died peacefully on 17th July aged 101. Widow of Godfrey Messel Loring, very much loved aunt of Penelope, Simon, Carol and Stella, and dear friend of many. A Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving will be held at St Giles' Church, Graffham, Petworth, West Sussex on Friday 15th August at 2pm. Family flowers only, but donations, if wished to St Giles' Church.
