Ambulance involved in collision near Pulborough
Incident - 11.55am on Saturday September 18
Police ref - serial 719 of 18/09


 
Two people were seriously injured when a Mini Cooper was involved in a collision with an ambulance responding to an emergency call on the A283 near Pulborough.
 
The collision occurred at 11.55am on Saturday (September 18) at Marehill. The Mini driver, a 17-year-old girl and her passenger, a 47-year-old man, both from Pulborough, were taken to Worthing Hospital with concussion and bruising. The driver of the ambulance, a 42-year-old woman from Worthing was slightly injured; her colleague and passenger, a 33-year-old man from Wick, was uninjured.
 
Witnesses are asked to call Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial 719 of 18-09
