Burglary at Lurgashall Post Office
Location - Lurgashall, West Sussex

Police are investigating a burglary at the Post Office in Lurgashall, Petworth, believed to have taken place at around 4.30am on Friday 16 September.
The owner returned to the premises at 5.30am to find it had been searched and around £100 of change stolen.
 
PC Jayne Sharpe said- 'A car found abandoned in Lurgashall after colliding with a bridge is being linked to the burglary. Both the Post Office and car are currently being forensically examined as part of the ongoing investigation'.
 
Anyone with information is urged to contact Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial 252 of 16/09 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
