This old village sits at the foot of the South Downs
on the A286, Midhurst to Chichester Road.

Former toll cottage, on the Midhurst to Chichester road
Back of card states:
"Toll Gate House as altered by Rev. H. L. Randall, used as a men's Reading Room".
Demolished 1965.
