A Morris 8 outside F.Burchell Stores & Tea Rooms, Corralls Coal to left, Station Road, Pulborough, Sussex, c.1936-39, Ref- 243 - click image below to return The position of these buildings was identified by Patricia [Trish] Goodyear, 30 July 2022. "It looks like the main building is still standing and located on the A283, Station Road, Pulborough [opposite Station Approach]." She also adds that "an article in the Worthing Gazette on 24th December 1935 [Page 11] reports on the death of a Mr Burchell who had a business for many years at the bottom of Station Hill, which passed to his son Mr F.
