It became part of the Graylingwell Hospital site built in 1897 and last used as an office in the 1990s.
The hospital was closed, the grounds were split into units for a housing development begun in 2010.
The house was recorded in a Buildings at Risk Register who were optimistic that restoration would follow.
However, no restoration has started and it is deteriorating with no apparent effort to prevent water ingress.
This is causing damage to the fabric of the building and could accelerate if nothing is done soon.
