These buildings no longer exist. The first building was the old bake house, with the Scott family being the village bakers.
The second house with the door canopy was named 'Felpham Villa'.
Archived Title deeds of Felpham Villa state that it is now known as 23, Felpham Way, this is arrowed in image below.... more here

December 2023,
Research by Patricia Goodyear has shed light on image 686, shown top.

Part of her message reads-

I have done further research on the Felpham image.

It seems that the second house with the door canopy was named 'Felpham Villa'. The first house-building was the old bake house, with the Scott family being the village bakers.

The last mention I can find of Felpham Villa in Newspaper Archives was in the Bognor Regis Observer on 12.02.1949.
A marriage announcement of the son of Mr and Mrs F.W. Bowley of Felpham Villa, Main Road, Felpham.

West Sussex Records Office catalogue has the archived Title deeds of Felpham Villa and the catalogue states that it is now known as 23, Felpham Way.
 etc.....

Kind regards

Trish
