Can anyone add information ?

I own a 1947 Rover 12 Tourer JPO 916 which was registered initially to a company in Cocking. The old records can't be read to see the Company name.
Is there anyone who might remember a car dealers or similar that would have been there in that period.?
The name appears to be Thomas Bilak Imports.
