North Mill

North Mill & Bridge is to the very end of North Street sitting astride the River Rother. The bridge marks the parish border between Easebourne and Midhurst.

"At the time the photo [left] was taken the mill was owned by Arthur James Blaker 1842-1914, A J Blaker & Sons Ltd was dissolved on 24 March 1914. Arthur had several mills around the area. In 1901 Arthur was residing at Elen Villa, The Lane, Easebourne."
